Among many bakery producers we have selected those who still work manually, according to tradition. From the region of Puglia and the use of locally-grown 100% made-in-Italy products,  we take great pride in offering a product based on dough rolled out by hand by the expertise and craftsmanship of master pizza makers.

Our production process, simple and clear as the ingredients used, includes the following steps:

  1. DOUGH: semolina, extra-virgin olive oil from Puglia, water, mother yeast, salt.
  2. ROLLING OUT PIZZA DOUGH BY HAND:  Skilled craftsmanship, none of our pizzas is like another because their dough is stretched by hand.
  3. COOKING: Technological and innovative bakery tunnel ovens are used.
  4. PACKAGING: MAP packaging, fresh (0° to +4°) or frozen (-20°) distribution.
  5. SHIPMENT: delivered all over the world.


Our products include:

  • PUCCE; (soft, round loaf made of white flour)
  • FOCACCE; (type of buns)
  • PINSE; (similar to pizza)
  • PANZEROTTI; (similar to a small calzone)
