Our pasta is produced in Rome from the passion for good things and a traditional  family production. We select only the best Italian raw materials to make a top quality pasta.  Our production is based on three fundamental elements:

  • Exclusive use of 100% made-in-Italy durum wheat semolina;
  • Bronze drawing to give the product roughness and porosity so that all the flavor of the sauce is captured and exalted;
  • Slow drying: quick drying processes would need high temperatures that essentially change the taste of the semolina and also kill a lot of its nutrients. Slow-dried pasta is a tastier and extremely healthier product.
