Pasta that expresses our desire to make things as they used to be done.

The general features of our traditionally made dried pasta and of our fresh pasta are: bronze-drawn, 100% Italian durum wheat semolina pasta, slow drying at low temperatures, accurate selection of the semolina flours.

The whole production takes place in Rome for dry pasta and in Italy for other items with traditional methods and with fresh and genuine local ingredients. Climatic conditions which may alter the process of product drying are constantly monitored so that excellent quality is guaranteed.
